He knew the right pricing for my market, was in touch with other brokers to track prices buyers were paying for recent contracts in the area, and knew how aggressive I wanted to be with my pricing. Bids came in very close to my list price and he had them bidding against each other. Even in this buyer's market he was able to get my price. When he needed a decision from me, his recommendations were spot on. I trusted his judgment and he never steered us wrong. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again for listing a house.
