He and his team are so knowledgeable about getting repairs fixed up, the house staged, and advertising to bring in buyers. His team has a sharp eye for what to stage the house with and placement, almost wanted to keep living there. The pictures were gorgeous. He and his team personally did showings and open house, and they had great follow-up for everyone who came by. He knew the right pricing for my market, was in touch with other brokers to track prices buyers were paying for recent contracts in the area, and knew how aggressive I wanted to be with my pricing. Bids came in very close to my list price and he had them bidding against each other. Even in this buyer's market he was able to get my price. When he needed a decision from me, his recommendations were spot on. I trusted his judgment and he never steered us wrong. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again for listing a house.
